Full Name: David Khrushchev
Nicknames: "Gunna"
Age: 33
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Mass: 160
Measurements: 6'6"
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Blue
Mirror Image: He's six feet, six inches tall, with short black hair, which he keeps spikey, and dark, thoughtful blue eyes, often with a sad look in them. He's very muscular, and weighs a solid one-hundred-ninety pounds. His soft facial features often show sadness, sometimes concern for those around him. He often goes without a shirt, which exposes his muscular abdomen and chest. On his chest, right over his heart, is a tattoo of a small heart with the name 'Miranda' in it. Other than that, he doesn't really have any identifying marks, except for the tattoo on his back--which he got while drunk--that has an arrow pointing to his buttcrack, and says "Exit Only".
The Past: David grew up in Russia, with only his mother--his father had hightailed it when he found out he was to have a child. His mother beat David, simply because he existed--even when David did everythnig she told him to. Then, when David was sixteen, he ran away from home, to and went to the one place he could think of to get away from his mother--the US. He joined the Marines when he turned seventeen. When he was twenty, and while in the Persian Gulf, David met a nurse. They'd fallen in love instantly, and planned to get married as soon as the war was over. But then, about three months into the war, David and the nurse--whose name was Miranda--found out that she was to have David's child. David did not want her near the war, for fear of her losing the baby--so he decided to fly her to safety. He watched the plane as it flew away. Later that day, as he watched the News, David almost wanted to end his own life right then and there--there was a story about a plane--the exact same one Miranda had been on--that had collided with a fighter jet, and crashed into the ocean. ..David was overcome with grief. But when he got back, he met another young lady. But she was a Police Officer--one who took one too many risks--and died before he had the chance to tell her how he truly felt (he'd pretended to hate her, even after their little drunken rendevous.) It seemed as though everyone he got too close to died. He re-enlisted in the Marines, and is currently on leave.
Personality: He's not quiet--in fact, he's got one of the biggest mouths that he knows of. He trash-talks a lot, just to get on peoples' nerves, especially those of friends, or those who he dislikes. But then, he's also got a darker side--one that comes from a lifetime of darkness, depression. He doesn't really like anybody, let alone love anymore. He's afraid to love, really. If you happen to be somebody he doesn't hate as much as everyone else, then lucky you. He does often seem cold and distant, even to somebody he doesn't hate as much as everyone else--and as a result, doesn't have very many friends, because he doesn't feel like somebody should all the time. He's a hard nut to crack, but once somebody manages to crack him, he can be one of the closest friends a person can ever have.
Job: Master Sergeant, USMC {If that's alright.}
Illnesses/Prescriptions; Drinks a lot, and smokes.
Children: No.
Siblings: No.
Pets: Hercules the turtle.
Homing Information: David lives alone, with only his pet turtle, Hercules, to keep him company. It's moderately messy--mainly because of the many empty beer cans strewn about at random (though most are in the living room.) When he's not on-duty, David usually stays here, and plays Medal of Honor: Frontline, and drinks.
Role playing Example: David punches the ground, hard. Sand flies up, getting in his eyes. He swears loudly, and rolls onto his back. He stares up at the sky, nearly being blinded by the sun. If only he'd gone with her...What's he supposed to do--what would anyone do?--if the person they loved dearly died so suddenly? He can't cry--that would make him look weak, which he definately isn't.
